Terms of Service

Hi! Thanks for stopping by Lumora Collective. I'm a small business just starting out, and I want to be upfront about how things work here. These are my terms of service - basically the important stuff you should know before you buy.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to absolutely love your jewellery! If something's not quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it, as long as it's unworn, undamaged, and still in its original packaging.

Here's how it works:
- Just send me a message to let me know you'd like to return or exchange something
- You'll need to cover the return shipping (I wish I could, but as a small business I'm not quite there yet!)
- I'll issue store credit, but if you'd prefer a refund, just ask - I'm happy to sort that out for you
- Refunds take about 5-10 business days once I receive the item back

A couple of exceptions:
- Items marked as final sale can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty - in that case, contact me straight away and I'll fix it
- For hygiene reasons, I can't accept returns on earrings once they've been worn (unless they're faulty)

Shipping & Processing

I pack and send everything myself, so here's what to expect:

Processing times:
- Most items: 1-2 business days to get your order ready and posted
- Custom pieces (anything with beads or pearls): 2-3 business days

Shipping:
- You can choose standard or express shipping at checkout
- Once it's sent, you'll get a tracking number via email
- Delivery times depend on where you are and which shipping option you choose

Please double-check your address before you check out! I can't be responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address, but if you spot a mistake, let me know ASAP and I'll do my best to help.

About the Jewellery

I do my best to photograph everything accurately, but colours and finishes can look a bit different depending on your screen. If you're ever unsure about a piece, just ask!

Materials I use:

- 14K or 18K Gold-plated: High-quality stainless steel with a durable PVD gold coating

Each product listing will tell you exactly what it's made from.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. I accept all major credit and debit cards, after pay and zippy at checkout

Your Rights (Australian Consumer Law)

Just so you know, under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a refund or replacement if something arrives with a major fault, and compensation for any other loss or damage that's reasonably foreseeable. You're also entitled to have items repaired or replaced if they're not acceptable quality.

Basically, I've got your back if something goes wrong!

Privacy

I only collect your info (name, email, address) to process and send your order. I don't share it with anyone except the people who need it to get your jewellery to you (like Australia Post). Your privacy matters to me.
