Love a pendant but prefer a different chain style? I can pair any pendant with the chain of your choice.

Custom Lengths
Need a specific bracelet or necklace length? Just let me know your preferred size and I'll make it work.

Something Completely Unique
Have an idea for a piece that's not on my website? Reach out and I'll do my best to bring your vision to life! I work with trusted suppliers to source materials and create custom designs based on your ideas.

How It Works

1. Get in Touch
Contact me with your custom request. Let me know what you're after - whether it's a birthstone piece, a chain swap, or a completely new design.

2. Discuss & Quote
I'll work with you to finalise the details and provide a quote if it's a fully custom design. Most customisations of existing pieces have set prices.

3. Payment
- Minor customisations (e.g., birthstones, chain swaps, custom lengths): Full payment upfront
- Completely new designs: Deposit required upfront, with the balance due before shipping

4. Creation
I'll get to work creating your piece! Timeframes vary depending on the complexity:
- Basic customisations: 1-2 business days
- More technical or time-consuming designs: 2-3 business days

5. Delivery
Once your custom piece is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you with tracking.

Pricing

Most customisations of existing pieces have set prices. For fully custom designs that aren't on my website, pricing will be discussed and confirmed before we proceed.
