How to Measure Your Ring Size:

1. Using a Ring You Already Own:
Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits you well and compare it to the chart above.

2. Using String or Paper:
- Wrap a piece of string or paper around the base of your finger
- Mark where the string or paper overlaps
- Measure the length in millimeters
- Divide by 3.14 to get the inner diameter
- Compare to the chart above to find your size

Tips:
- Measure your finger at the end of the day when it's at its largest
- If you're between sizes, it's best to size up
- Consider the width of the ring - wider bands may require a slightly larger size

How to Measure Your Wrist:

1. Using a Measuring Tape:
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist where you'd normally wear a bracelet. Note the measurement in centimeters or inches.

2. Using String:
- Wrap a piece of string around your wrist
- Mark where it overlaps
- Measure the string with a ruler

Bracelet Fit Guide:
- Snug fit: Add 1-1.5cm to your wrist measurement
- Comfortable fit: Add 2cm to your wrist measurement
- Loose fit: Add 2.5-3cm to your wrist measurement
