Shipping

Every order is carefully packed and dispatched with care. Here's what you need to know about delivery.

Free Shipping:
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100

Shipping Costs:
For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Processing Times:
- Standard items: 1-2 business days to dispatch
- Custom pieces (including items with beads or pearls): 2-3 business days to dispatch

Delivery Timeframes:
- Standard shipping: 2-5 business days after dispatch
- Express shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch

Currently, we ship Australia-wide only. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Please Note:
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lumora Collective cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lumora pieces. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Period:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements:
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Return Process:
1. Contact us to initiate your return or exchange
2. Securely package the item and arrange return shipping (at your expense)
3. Store credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned item, or contact us directly if you prefer a refund and we can arrange it depending on the reason. 
4. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return

Exceptions:
- Final sale items: Cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged upon arrival
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn unless they arrive faulty or damaged

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
