About Our Jewellery
What materials do you use?
All my jewellery is made from high-quality stainless steel with a premium PVD gold coating for a luxurious, durable finish at an accessible price.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic and nickel-free?
Yes! The stainless steel base is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, making it suitable for sensitive skin.
Can I shower or swim in my jewellery?
Yes, you can! The stainless steel base with PVD coating is water-resistant, so you can wear your pieces in the shower. However, to extend the life of the gold plating, I recommend removing jewellery before swimming in chlorinated or saltwater, and avoiding harsh chemicals.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Check out my Care Guide for detailed instructions! In short: wipe your pieces with a soft cloth after wearing, avoid harsh chemicals, and store them in a dry place.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
- Processing: 1-2 business days for standard items, 2-3 business days for custom pieces
- Delivery: 2-5 business days for standard shipping, 1-3 business days for express
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $100 ship free. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me immediately and I'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange items that are unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense. I'll issue store credit, or you can contact me directly if you'd prefer a refund. Check out my full Shipping & Returns policy for details.

Do you do custom orders or personalization?
Yes! I love creating custom pieces. I offer birthstone bracelets and necklaces, and I'm happy to work with you on any custom requests. Just reach out and let me know what you're looking for!

Stock & Availability
Do you restock sold-out items?
If there's enough demand, I'll restock popular items. You can also contact me directly if you're after something that's sold out - I'm happy to organise a restock or create a custom piece for you!

Packaging & Presentation
Do you offer gift wrapping?
While I don't offer separate gift wrapping, all my pieces come beautifully presented in cute pouches or boxes - perfect for gifting!
